The Camp Stitchwood Trunk Show in a Box is a one-week, shippable pop-up designed to bring a fresh, ready-to-display selection of our products to your shop. Each show includes a curated assortment of our bestselling stickers and merit badges, along with signage, product info, and an easy sales tracking form. We ship the show to you, you display and sell during the week, then send back any unsold items using the included return instructions. It’s a simple, low-commitment way to give your customers something new to discover.

    1. Book Your Dates

    Take a look at your calendar and then send us a message with what dates would work best for you!

    • Must be requested at least 6 weeks in advance of your desired dates.
    • Standard shows run for one full week.
    • We'll get back to you to discuss scheduling!
  • 2. Receive Your Box in the Mail

    One week before the first day of your trunk show, we put your box in the mail.

    • Shipping is on us!

    3. Set Up the Display

    Everything you need for your trunk show is in the box! All you need to provide is the table.

    • Tablecloth, signage, products, and displays are all included.
    • We provide clear, detailed directions for set up and display.
  • 4. Have a Great Show

    Once your trunk show table display is set up, you're ready for customers!

    • Each trunk show includes a variety of best-selling stickers and merit badges.
    • Only two SKUs to add to your POS system.
  • 5. Return Your Box

    Once the show is over, simply pack up the leftover products and display items to ship it back to Camp Stitchwood!

    • Clear and simple return checklist provided.
    • Option to purchase remaining product at show's conclusion.
    • We invoice you for our commission once the box returns.
